1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Platform" or "Website" refers to f08apk and all associated domains, subdomains, mobile applications, and digital services operated under the f08apk brand.
• "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to f08apk and its operators, licensees, and affiliates.
• "Player," "User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses the Platform, or uses any services provided by f08apk.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by the Player to access Platform services.
• "Services" encompasses all gaming products offered by f08apk including sports betting, live casino, slot games, table games, and related entertainment products.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or any other promotional offers provided by f08apk to Players.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on any gaming product available on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds available in a Player's Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits where applicable.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

To register and maintain an Account on f08apk, you must satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or equivalent government-issued identification.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be employed by f08apk or any affiliated company, nor be a close family member of such employee.

2.2 Account Registration Process

Account registration on f08apk requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable.
• You are permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Multiple or duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all such Accounts and forfeiture of any associated funds or winnings.
• f08apk reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, and residential address at any time, including but not limited to copies of government-issued identification, utility bills, bank statements, or payment method verification.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or Account closure.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Immediately notify f08apk Customer Support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your Account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Use a strong password combining letters, numbers, and special characters, and change your password regularly.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

f08apk accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through approved payment methods including major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI) and e-wallet providers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). You acknowledge that:

• All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own legal name.
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in deposit rejection and potential Account closure.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed on the Platform.
• Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• f08apk does not charge deposit fees, though your financial institution may impose its own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds are intended for gaming purposes and not for money transfer or currency exchange services.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Players may request withdrawals of their Account Balance subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own legal name matching Account registration details.
• All withdrawals require successful completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing.
• First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to seventy-two (72) hours to process.
• Subsequent withdrawals are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB), excluding weekends and Indonesian public holidays.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are clearly stated on the Platform.
• Any active bonus balance must be forfeited before withdrawal unless bonus wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• f08apk reserves the right to request additional documentation or information before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals to e-wallet accounts may be subject to additional verification steps required by the e-wallet provider.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

f08apk operates under strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to refuse or delay processing of any transaction that raises AML concerns.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

f08apk offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Unless otherwise specified, the following terms apply to all bonuses:

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

4.2 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

Players found to be abusing bonuses through irregular betting patterns, duplicate accounts, syndicate play, or other fraudulent means will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided and may face Account suspension or closure. f08apk's determination of bonus abuse is final and binding.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 General Betting Principles

All bets placed on f08apk are governed by the specific rules of each game type. You agree that:

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed except in cases of obvious technical error.
• f08apk reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or fraudulent activity.
• Maximum win limits apply to certain bet types and are clearly stated in game rules.
• All odds and results are determined according to the official sources designated for each sport or game.

5.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting markets, the following additional terms apply:

• All sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body of each sport.
• In the event of postponement, cancellation, or venue change, specific settlement rules apply as detailed in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time due to significant in-game events or technical limitations.
• For football betting, extra time and penalty shootouts are excluded from settlement unless specifically stated in the market description.

5.3 Casino Game Rules

Casino games including slots, table games, and live dealer games are provided by licensed third-party providers and are subject to the game rules established by those providers. f08apk displays Return to Player (RTP) percentages where available and ensures all games are certified for fairness by independent testing agencies.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Creating multiple or duplicate Accounts.
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to gain unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, or software designed to manipulate the Platform.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors for financial gain.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for fraudulent financial transactions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Allowing third parties to access or use your Account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward other Players or f08apk staff.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the f08apk Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of f08apk or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from f08apk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, f08apk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and f08apk, you agree to first contact our Customer Support team to seek informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through Customer Support, it shall be referred to our Compliance Department for formal review. f08apk's decision on all matters relating to the Platform and these Terms is final and binding. Players who remain unsatisfied may contact our independent dispute resolution service as detailed on our website.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which f08apk is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. For Indonesian Players, these Terms are drafted in English and may be translated for convenience, but the English version shall prevail in case of any inconsistency.

12. Modifications to Terms

f08apk reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree to modified Terms must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

13. Account Closure and Suspension

f08apk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, fraudulent behavior, or violation of responsible gaming policies. Upon Account closure, any remaining Balance will be returned to the Player after deduction of any applicable charges, fees, or reversed bonuses, subject to completion of all verification procedures.

14. Communication and Notices

All official communications from f08apk will be sent to the email address registered on your Account. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is current and for regularly checking your email, including spam/junk folders. Notices sent by email are deemed received within twenty-four (24) hours of sending.

15. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. f08apk's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and f08apk regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
